Lorne Adventure Race training course
- In just 5 weeks build the skills, fitness and confidence to compete in the Lorne Anaconda Adventure Race
- Three sessions per week covering Swim/Run/Kayak/Mountain bike
Course begins Tuesday November 4th
- Five weeks of skills and fitness training
- Three professionally guided sessions each week
- Course completion is the Anaconda Lorne A.R on Sunday 7th December
- Open to team, solo and future A.R participants…If you can ride a bike you can do this course!
What to expect:
- Simple and clear steps to prepare you for race day
- Variety and challenge for beginner to intermediate levels
- Lasting fitness and skills development in a fun atmosphere
What to bring:
- Mechanically sound Mountain bike and approved helmet
- Running shoes and bike tyres with grip…we are off road!
- Kayaks and paddles are provided be prepared to get wet
- Give it a go attitude!
How much:
- Cost per person $329 (race entry not included)
- Restricted participant numbers for safety
- Entries close: Thursday October 30th

Mountain bike sessions:
Tuesdays 6.30pm to 8.00 pm Melways 30 h12 Fairfield Park enter from Yarra Bend Rd meet at the soccer oval left side 150mtrs off Heidelberg rd
Run sessions:
Thursdays 6.30 to 7.45pm Melways 30 h12 Fairfield Park enter from Yarra Bend Rd meet at the soccer oval left side 150mtrs off Heidelberg rd
Ocean Kayak and Swim
Jarad and Simon: Friday 6.30pm to 8pm (Nov 7th and 27th) Sundays 8.30 to 10.15am (Nov 16th and 23rd)
