Try a Tri-X off road Triathlon

In just 5 weeks build the skills and fitness to complete with confidence in a Tri-X off road Triathlon

Race day is Lysterfield State Park Swim 500m, Mountain Bike 20km, Run 6km

Course begins Tuesday 20th January

 

  • Five weeks of skills and fitness training
  • Three professionally guided sessions each week
  • Course completion is the Tri-X Lysterfield race on Sunday 22nd February

What to expect:

 

  • Simple and clear steps to prepare you for race day
  • Variety and challenge for beginner to intermediate levels
  • Lasting fitness and skills development in a fun atmosphere

If you can ride a bike and swim 200mtrs (any stroke) without stopping you can do this course

What to bring:

 

  • Mechanically sound Mountain bike and approved helmet
  • Running shoes and bike tires with grip…we are off road
  • Give it a go attitude!

How much:

 

  • Cost per person $249 (Your race entry fee valued at $75 is offered free of charge by the Tri-X team)
  • Restricted participant numbers for safety

Swim sessions: Tuesdays 6.30 to 7.30 pm

Start from the new heated 50mtrs outdoor YMCA pool 180 Victoria road Northcote

Run sessions: Thursdays 6.30 to 7.45pm

Start from Fairfield Park enter from Yarra Bend Rd meet at the soccer oval left side 150mtrs off Heidelberg rd

Mountain Bike sessions: Sundays 8.30 to 10.00am
